The Bowens

Jane E and Clark Bowen came for a great visit. They are wonderful guest, great friends and terrific traveling companions.

We did everything, including: snorkeling, eating, sightseeing, joking, "talking story" (we do a lot of that), walking beaches, you name it, we did it.

The Bowens treated the Buckmasters to a Molokini snorkel trip with the Whale Foundation, a very good trip indeed.

Especially interesting is how well Clark did considering he just had open heart surgery 7 weeks before the trip. Including numerous snorkeling excursions. Just can't keep the "duffer" down.

A really great treat was having their son, Chris, and his girl friend, Sammy, with us for four days. There is nothing more fun for Carolyn and I than sharing the magic of Maui with people and Chris and Sammy were especially awe struck with the beauty, starting with seeing 3 turtles on their first snorkel dive. Way cool!

I promised Jane E. that I wouldn't embarrass her. But, I cannot help myself. Pleaseeee forgive me Jane.

Clark crying as we unload baggage at the airport as they head home. So sad!!

Duppy and Carolyn-
Mahalo! This was our best vacation ever. The condo is so wonderful- clean, beautifully appointed, and close to the action.

You are both such wonderful hosts. We felt so welcome. And you were up for anything-well almost anything! We appreciate being able to bring Chris and Sam along. They are fun and had the time of their lives.

I will forgive you for publishing the worst pictures you could possibly find- but it does tell the story. ;-)

The snokeling, shopping, site seeing, morning walks, shopping, talking story, shopping, cooking, meeting new friends, shopping, and celebrating of old friendships. Oh did I mention shopping?

We still need to have our post-event. Chris got the underwater pictures developed. We need to organize around "College Boy"'s schedule.

Aloha!
